No joining fees, memberships or contracts. All private sessions are by appointment only with one of our qualified personal trainers.

A highly qualified and experienced trainer dedicating their time solely to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals, assisting, demonstrating and motivating you all the way, Personalised ongoing nutritional assistance, free of charge if requested.

Setting Fitness Goals

We are personal trainers by profession, but we don’t want to just stop there and become just what we are professionally called to do. Our mission here is to help other people to firstly discover what is the real issue behind the problem and working together from the inside out to create the long-term solution. Setting the “wrong” fitness goal is where most people fail. In our opinion, fitness goal must be achievable and realistic.
