Everyone knows we work a little harder when we are in the company of our peers. This is why we love group classes. At My Body Project, our group classes are limited to a maximum of 5 people and led by one of our experienced Sydney personal trainers.

Just big enough that you will challenge yourself extra hard be the best in the class, but small enough that our trainers can give you individualised attention to help you get there.

We are conveniently located on Park Street Fitness First, only a minute away from Town Hall station in Sydney CBD. Our group classes are available everyday, you’ll never feel lost in the crowd, like little communities, everyone pushes each other to reach their fitness goals together.

Group coaching is not bootcamp, we have a plan and we train for a purpose. You will improve your health and fitness; fat loss is of course included in the exercise plan.

This program is based off strength training combined with some metabolic conditioning for fitness and boost fat loss results. Everyone in the group is supportive of each other, everyone is just as driven as you are, and everyone started exactly where you are right now.

The benefits of ‘small group’

We keep group sizes small to ensure you get individual one-on-one attention from our expert personal trainer unlike doing a pump class in a big franchise gym. This means you will learn proper technique and exercise in a safe but challenging fitness program. You’ll get all the benefits of having a highly knowledgeable personal trainer at a much lower cost than taking a one-on-one personal training sessions.

How do I get started?

My Body Project offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate and working out in the same room with others pushes you to a new fitness heights. Our sessions are 45 – 60 minutes in length. Custom designed workouts are created with different levels of fitness in mind. The participants do not have to be at exactly the same fitness levels to benefit from My Body Project. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals in this dynamic small group personal training environment of 2 – 5 clients to one coach.
